We arrived in Bodø around 1:00am, there was still some daylight. We biked 2km in the city to reach our hotel and finally went to sleep after a long day.

Today we did like the professionals of the Tour De France and decided to have a rest day. It is a good transition between the Lofoten islands and the rest of our journey to Trondheim.

We put an alarm to not miss the breakfast served at the hotel and immediately came back to our room to sleep a bit more.
We then decided to walk around the city center. We first visited the library which is a pretty nice building with a view on the harbor.

We continued our walk in the center and visited the cathedral.

We then passed by the harbor and saw an amazing yatch.

We continued our walk outside of the city center and climbed a bit to get a nice view of the city and its surroundings. We could feel that our legs were quite tired from all the biking.

We found a cool place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

We then tried to hitchhike our way back to the center but no one stopped. Baptiste felt really disappointed by the lack of solidarity of the Norwegians.

Once in the center we then decided to go for dinner and enjoy a nice burger to retake some of the calories burned during the previous days.

The rest of the evening was spent in the hotel, organizing the upcoming days and getting mentally prepared to get back on the bike.
We have approximately 750km to reach Trondheim and 10 days to do so. Wish us luck!
